NEWBORN SESSIONS:
I prefer to do newborn sessions before the baby is 9 days old.  Although I have done them up to 3 weeks (it just is more work!).  Babies tend to be more sleepy, bendy, and content with all the repositioning.  Newborn sessions are 1-3 hours.  If you have more than one baby it will probably take longer!  I recommend pictures in their birthday suit, although if you have a favorite outfit please feel free to bring it!  Accessories such as hats, bows, flowers, and bracelets are great for newborns!  Parents should have a long black sleeve shirt for pictures!

WHAT TO WEAR:

This is the most popular question!  I recommend having families in coordinating colors but not all dressed alike!  It looks best when you have some variety because it makes the picture interesting and adds life to the picture.  For children I suggest layers, corduroy jackets, ties, scarfs, hats, boots, petti skirts, and anything else that shows their personality.  These will help add life and texture to the pictures!

*don’t forget to bring snacks, wet wipes, hairspray, and a blanket if it is cold (you can get warm in between location changes!)

ACCESSORIES:

I have a large selection of petti skirts, hats, and hair flowers/bows for little girls.
